This accommodation is for the Academic year You are liable to pay complete fees as per Fees Receipt within 3 months. Or else your admission to hostel is cancelled without any refund.
Reporting / Gate Closing time is strictly before 9.30 pm.
Gate will remain closed till 6.30 am.
No opposite gender or friends allowed inside the Hostel building.
Sitting or Chatting with boys near Hostel Premises is strictly prohibited.
Your entire premises is on CCTV recording 24 by. Hence maintain proper code of conduct and decent dress code as this is a residential area.
No late night Birthday Parties / loud music / Screaming allowed.
Guest/family members will not be allowed to stay.

In case of indiscipline, misconduct, misbehavior, stealing or damaging any property, the occupants are liable for compensation for the same. In such incidences occupant has to vacate the bed immediately without any refund and notice.
Switch OFF fan and Lights, water taps before leaving the room. Any incidences found will be fined 100/- per head.
No address proof will be provided by the owner of the hostel to the occupant.
The owner is NOT be responsible for loss of any valuables.
All occupants of the room are equally responsible for the facilities provided in the room. Maintenance/Repair Charges of any facility, caused by damage, will be borne by the occupants of that room.
Clogging of bathroom / washroom drainage due to shampoo sachets, shaved hair, sanitary pads is to be strictly avoided. Any such incidence will cause 500/- service charge to be paid by all occupants.
Keep your bathroom & Washroom clean after every use for next person.
Dry your clothes inside Hostel Building /bathroom. Not in the room.
Hot water will be available at common point outside room from 6.30 am – 10.30 am only.
Use of washing machine will be strictly under the supervision of caretaker i.e. once a week.
Wi- Fi is provided only in common area. All room Wi-Fi is to be arranged by students in group connection. Contact directly to service provider on displayed number. No complaints regarded Wi-Fi will be entertained by Hostel.
Generator Back up is after 30 min. from power cut, provided for max. 3 hrs. In 24 Hrs.
Any given facility can be discontinued without prior notice.
Ragging is strictly prohibited
Electrical appliances like Heating rods, Heaters, and Irons are not allowed. If it is found in the room all the room partners will be fined 500/- per incidence. Appliances will be confiscated.
Consumption of liquor or drugs or smoking within the hostel premises is strictly prohibited. Boarders will be asked to vacate the room immediately without any refund. Hostel authority is NOT responsible for any consequences related to the same.
Mess Food is provided as an outsourced option. It is not under Hostel authority.
In certain case, re-allocation of bed will be total right with the owner.
This admission is on non-cancellation, non-extension, non-transferable, non-refundable basis.
Owner reserves the right to admission.
